This winter, Earl invites you to experience Pinot Noir in a way you haven’t before.
Across one evening - Thursday 4TH June, we explore the full expression of a single grape — from sparkling to rosé, through to Blanc de Noir, classic Pinot, and a final indulgent pour — all from Central Otago, all from one producer. Wooing Tree Vineyard.
Each wine is paired with a considered five-course menu, designed to move with the rhythm of the night: bright, warm, soft, deep, and finally, indulgent.
This is not a traditional wine tasting. There are no formal speeches or rigid structure — just a room filled with candlelight, conversation, and the people behind the wine, moving between tables and sharing their story.
It’s intimate, relaxed, and just a little bit playful. A winter night built for long conversations, date nights, and something a little different.
Five courses. Five wines. One story.
